We’ve just rolled out several new updates and improvements to AudienceMaker, streamlining user’s ability to build and activate high performing audiences. These updates have been engineered to support and enhance  your experience and help you get the most out of the platform.

What’s New? This month’s update is all about making AudienceMaker faster, smoother, and more reliable behind the scenes.

AudienceMaker now offers dedicated sub-company instances for multi-brand users, includes NCOA and CASS reports in direct mail downloads, and allows selective use of suppression files. Interface updates improve chart clarity and add SHAP chart descriptions, alongside bug fixes for uploads, model errors, and complex filter cutbacks.

The primary highlight of this update is improved support for embedding AudienceMaker seamlessly into external platforms.

Update to security configuration. UI refinements including prompts related to APIs and low scoring models. Bug fixes associated with disappearing filter options and white screens at login

Notable updates include bug fixes and updates to invoicing functionality.

A processing indicator has been added when uploading new files. A clarifying location name prompt has been added when uploading locations. Memory size has been increased to support Locations and the user experience. Bug fixes have been applied to support widget filtering.

The July 12, 2024 AudienceMaker Release includes multiple enhancements to the user experience, platform functionality, as well as security. Bug fixes have also been deployed with this release to improve usability and stability of the platform.

With this update, existing audiences should be reviewed as widget names and data grouping may have changed.  Users may notice that some data widgets names have been revised, some widgets have been replaced, and some data widgets may have been removed.  In some circumstances alternative data widgets should be added to filtered audiences to “rebuild” those audiences.

Revised naming conventions within Explorer. Restructured code in Explorer to improve refresh timing. Tech performance and scalability enhancements applied to infrastructure.

“Fly-to” links added to Location, County, State, Zip Code & Congressional District widgets. Pie chart widgets have been updated to include multiple colors. Enhancement and detail added to the Order page.

The May 2023 AudienceMaker Release includes multiple enhancements to the user interface along with improvements to key functionality & security. Additionally, bug fixes deployed with this release improve usability and stability of the AudienceMaker platform.

The AudienceMaker Development Group has completed improvements to the AudienceMaker database architecture.

A busy indicator has been added to widgets and the map to indicate “in-process” tasks. Refinements to the date picker have been made, making it easier to select date ranges. Exclusion capabilities have been enabled for pie chart widgets in Explorer.
